Things to Know Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is 55 dollars per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Our building needs repair to correct the effects of water migration into the concrete walls, balconies, and walkways throughout the building. These repairs are necessary for the health of the building. Coastal Contractors will begin to mobilize in early September and move through each stack until the project is complete. This is estimated to take 4-5 months. While work is being completed on each stack, those units will be closed down and not accessible. Expect long periods of noise (jackhammers, saws, hand tools) that will vibrate through the building. Authorized working hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. Safety barriers will be placed at the bottom of each stack while being worked on.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 14. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
