There is a 65" HD flat-screen TV with surround sound system and premium cable, iPhone jack, Blue Ray player and a DVD library for all ages. Built in wet bar with ice maker and a private half bath. Two dining areas. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials with counter seating and lots of counter top space for preparation of meals for your guests. You'll also find double ovens, a microwave, a 5-burner smooth top cook top and two dishwashers. Mid Level. Entry level with two-story foyer that opens into a spacious den with Queen size sleeper sofa . King Master Bedroom complete with sitting area and a private luxury bathroom with whirlpool tub, separate shower, dual vanities and private water closet. Bedroom with a King Bed, Twin Trundle Bed and a private bathroom. King Master Bedroom with private deck access and private bathroom.  Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private back yard pool (28 x 14), outdoor speakers and a personal dune deck with a private beach walkway. Gas grill, outside shower plus a poolside cabana bathroom with shower. Inside you'll find convenient garage access entry for loading and unloading. Game room features an 8’ pool table and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. King Master Bedroom with private oceanside deck access and private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with Single Bed and love seat that shares a full bathroom with a King Bedroom with sitting area.
