Cool meets cozy in this comfortable, fresh home with heated pool and spa. Plenty of indoor space to hang out, cook, play and lounge. Great yard with grass, screened patio and pool. Six minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from shopping and restaurants, yet neighborhood is private, quiet and secluded, creating a feeling that you are miles from everything. Nearby quiet park feels very private. Pinellas trail is 2 blocks away for biking and walking.
Host is always available through text or phone call. On site help is available if needed.
Very quiet secluded neighborhood. Lots of trees and foilage. It doesn't feel like you are as close as you actually are to the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, and Gulf Blvd. One block from a city park and two blocks from the famous 45 mile long Pinellas trail for walking and biking. The house has plenty of parking for your rental car. Ask for suggestions for E-bike rental companies. If you are up for an adventure, you can bike to the beach or rent a golf cart or mini-car. There are some free public parking spots with beach access as well as paid parking for the busier areas.
