This is the ultimate relaxation spot where movie nights will be simply unforgettable. You'll also enjoy marvelous bay views from the comfort of the living space. The fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the condo provide the conveniences of home while on vacation. The kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and more. Enjoy the 4th of July and New Year's Eve firework displays put on from West Ocean City, Seacrets, and Northside Park, all from your private balcony! The main bedroom offers convenient access to the private balcony as well. It also boasts an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Things to know High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. There is cable in the living room and in the spare bedroom The fireplace is non-functional. Pool is on the 4th floor. Guests must have pool bands on. There are 6 pool bands for this home. There will be a fee of 25 dollars.00 if bands are lost or stolen. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
