Charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with private fenced playground! Perfect for families and groups seeking a fun, relaxing getaway. Located in North Houston just 10 miles from downtown Houston surrounding attractions. Galveston Beach only 1 hour away. Restaurant choices, grocery stores, meat markets all within 3 mile. Also nearby is one of Houston's biggest swap-meet with kid friendly attractions, food choices, music and much more.
