“Ten acres in one of the best areas for hiking in the Rochester NY area. House is close to everything. Both bedrooms are well appointed. Host provided lots of toiletries. Beds were very comfortable, and A/C was perfectly COLD!!! Breakfast is breads...”

WINTER HOLIDAYS IN UPSTATE NEW YORK- less than 20 miles from Bristol Mountain & other winter sports. Secluded country house..... book 2 nights, get a 3rd night FREE til February 17th. Ask for PROMO SKI.
Trails throughout for quiet walks/hikes, birding, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.
*There are lots of wildlife....bunnies, deer, butterflies and birds just to name a few.
*Stargazing observations (since there are no street lights) as well as daytime/nocturnal wildlife and birds.
Property sets on 10 acres 1100 feet back from the road on a gravel driveway. I have left it wild with bushes & trees and an old farm pond because I want to encourage the wildlife and birds.
I am a retired corporate Marketing & Technical Development team member for the USA sales force and their field support staff.
I have 41 nieces and nephews in 4 generations and am #7 and last of my family....all my siblngs are living even though they range from 80-93!
My neighborhood is suburban country just 4.5 miles outside the village of Victor. Very family and parks centric.
