This is a freshly renovated from studs out. Right next to the entrance to the Navy, shipyard entrance, walk to ferry terminal takes you to Seattle, Bainbridge, Edmonds.

Quincy Square is the newest addition to the downtown core. The Charleston neighborhood is up and coming, full of eclectic charm and a variety of waterfront activities and parks to enjoy local music, food and entertainment within walking distance. Even better is within walking distance to the state ferry terminal that can take you all over the puget sound, including Seattle.
