This third floor condo boasts ocean views from every room. Both the living room and bedroom have direct access to the screened-in porch. Guests can also enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the widow’s walk deck. This is a beautiful end unit with an updated kitchen and quartz countertops.

Neighbourhood information

Guests can enjoy strolling along the water’s edge and exploring nearly 2.5 miles of coastline. In addition, the Link’s golf course, driving range and Huey’s Southern Eats is within walking distance to Port O Call. For being nestled away in the quiet community of Wild Dunes, this home is surprisingly less than a 5-mile drive to local shopping and dining, the Isle of Palms Marina, and grocery stores. It is also only 15 miles to charming, downtown, historic Charleston is just 15 miles away where guests can enjoy fine dining and historic walking tours.
