Bring the extended family to this 5 bedroom 3 and a half bath home with outdoor kitchen with dining , comfortable seating 8 at dining table and 4-5 on counter stools along with lounge chairs to soak up the sun. You will enjoy watching sunsets and fireworks from the roof deck. Relax by the 85 degree heated pool, cleaned weekly and open from May 1st to October for Octoberfest weekend. . Watch the sunset on the furnished roof deck . Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the decks . Full outdoor kitchen, dining with pool chairs and couches, fire pit and a TV. 2 blocks to the bay with ramp and kids playground or 2.5 blocks to the beach with a cart to carry provided beach equipment. .8 beach chairs , an umbrella and10 beach passes Owner prefers tenant take damage insurance for USD 70 with a lower security deposit of USD 1000. If declined, security will be USD 2500. Small up to 35 lbs, non shedding pet may be considered with Permission and a fee. available for rent all year speak with Donna for monthly off season rates.
