THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The apartment is located on a busy street with both residential and commercial businesses. This allows you to be within a 1-minute walk to various restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacy, and liquor, grocery and convenience stores. There is the occasional noise from passings cars and people outside, so this place is not for someone who is looking for absolute quiet.
