Welcome to The Lookout at Pleasant Bay. This remarkable property has deeded rights on a private beach, is situated on 2 1/2 acres with a flag stone patio covered with a brand new pergola and large fire pit all to provide endless outdoor enjoyment. The home also features a 100-foot tower bunkhouse/game room. The property is a throwback to Ye Olde Cape Cod but provides creature comforts such as AC and Smart TV Technology.
