Private suite, 1bd/1bath, with independent entrance. Less than 1 mile from U district light rail station. The remodeled suite is located in the ground floor of an 123 year-old Wallingford bungalow home which is among the first residential buildings in the neighborhood. Our aim is to provide a comfy modest accommodation for guests at a convenient location with low prices. Furnace is located in adjacent room and might be heard sporadically. Please book the suite only if you can share our goals.
