The space 1 car parking and additional parking on street. 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath duplex covering over 2200 sq ft with a full private rooftop terrace with NYC views and outdoor furniture. Gourmet kitchen with full cookware, plates, utensils and food basics (Salt, pepper, sugar and creamers).
