• Our 2200 sqft; home has recently been remodeled and updated with the best amenities. Beautiful OPEN Kitchen and Family room &;Bar with Wooden Dining room table convertible to a Pool Table with Black felt. High Def TV’s located in Kitchen, Dining, Family Rooms, and also on the Patio so not to miss a moment of your favorite sport. Sonos Speakers through out with WIFI enabled options for the best sound production everywhere Nice outdoor Patio with HD TV, Private Lap Pool, Gas BBQ and Propane Table Fire patio set for 6 in the back yard. Pool Loungers with a Table & wine cooler next to the Pool • Private Driveway and on street parking available (no garage) We are located in a nice neighborhood with year around residents so we DISCOURAGE Large LOUD groups and NO Wild Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties allowed in our Neighborhood. Pets are welcome for a fee.
