Lake access across the street in a safe, low key neighborhood. Not in an HOA so may have occasional music drive by during the day. Parks and a market within walking distance. Hospital half a mile away. Many great restaurants a short distance away. Legoland 10 minutes away. Polk State college in walking distance.
