Renovated 2-bedroom ranch, off street parking and garage access. The Botanical room has a king size bed & the Mediterranean room has a queen size bed, both bring elements of the outdoors in. The kitchen is fully stocked with many amenities. We have a designated work area. The livingroom has a 55-inch TV with full streaming options and Dish. You can enjoy some quite time on the front porch or back patio. Memorial Park is within walking distance. The Hill School is 5 minutes away.
I am married with 3 almost grown kids. My husband I enjoy renovating homes, but my favorite part is designing the interior. We love the outdoors..... hiking, kayaking, biking and skiing. Hosting an airbnb has been something I have had interest in. We have one up and running and renovating our next one. Keep your eye out for then next one.
Our house is located on the corner of Belmont and 8th street. This is a quiet neighborhood on the west side of town. Easy access to Route 100 and 422. We have 2 off street parking spots available. You have access to the garage as well as the driveway. In front and the side of the house there is curbside parking available as well. Easy access to 422, Route 100 and public transportation. The town also has bike lanes throughout it.
