Custom-built and brimming with style, this 4BR/3.5BA house boasts new furnishings and bedding, and imaginative design touches. The epic game room has a pool table, shuffleboard, dart board and wet bar. Skiing, walking trails, sandy beaches, and the glittering waters of Lake Tahoe are all just minutes away. Go fishing or hiking at Washoe Meadows State Park (14-minute drive). Both El Dorado Beach and Heavenly are also 10 minutes from home. Spread across three floors, the home features a welcoming modern alpine decor and stylish design touches at every turn. LIVING AREA On the top floor, the large living space with hardwood floors offers a great place to gather. The sitting area features plush seating, a grand stone fireplace, and a 54-inch TV. Downstairs, a second living area has a sofa and 60-game multicade machine. Down another floor, the impressive game room offers a sprawling social space with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, pool table, shuffleboard table, dart board, wet bar, and bar seating for four. KITCHEN & DINING The chic and contemporary kitchen wows with a five-seat kitchen island and stainless steel appliances that include a gas stove with double oven. The dining area has seating for eight at a rustic wooden table. BED & BATH The primary bedroom has a California king bed, 54-inch TV, and a luxe en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms each have a full-over-full bunk bed. The third room has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a fourth bedroom features a queen bed and 40-inch TV. An adjacent bath has a walk-in shower. A half bath adds convenience. OUTDOOR & AMENITIES The forested backyard is complete with a private hot tub, a deck, and a grill for afternoon cookouts. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
