Property information

Located across the street from Little Glen Lake with partial lake views, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is ready to welcome you and your beloved family and friends! This recently remodeled home has all new furniture and is located approximately two and a half miles from downtown Glen Arbor. There is no private water access, but the public boat launch for Glen Lake is only 500 feet from the home, and the Narrows Marina is only a few blocks away for keeping/renting a boat during your visit. The backyard features a brand new firepit, so go ahead and gather around it for entertaining storytelling time. The recently remodeled kitchen is open to the dining area and living room and is equipped with a breakfast bar for six and stainless steel appliances. Cozy up on the large sofa and watch a favorite show on the flatscreen smart TV in the living room. The main suite is located on the main floor and has an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a standalone shower. The second bedroom is on the main level as well (just off the kitchen) and opens to the deck. The second bathroom on the main floor features a tub/shower. The third bedroom on the main floor as well is off the kitchen with a bunk bed. The third bathroom is attached to the third bedroom. The private hallway and stairway head up to the bonus room/fourth bedroom with a comfortable bed, triple bunks, and sleeper sofa. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.
