This home provides you with 3856 sq. ft. of space, air conditioning, and centrally located to everything. Only a short bike ride away from the Sunriver Village, Restaurants, and shopping areas, this home has what you need to make your trip to Sunriver amazing. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom, giving every couple there own space. Quelah 10 has a family room and living room which is great for families and larger groups. Also included in this home are multiple gas fireplaces, a large private hot tub, a kitchen with everything you need to prep meals. There is 895 sq. ft. in outdoor deck space for guests to enjoy with views of Lake Aspen, great for BBQ's and stargazing. The upstairs primary king suite has a log style bed, dual fireplace, soaking tub, walk in shower, and a large walk in closet. The secondary king suite also located upstairs provides a beautiful log style bed, fireplace, private bathroom, walk in closet and access to the upper deck where you can access the two porch swings and take in the breathtaking sunsets Central Oregon has to offer. Both upstairs primary bedrooms have breathtaking views of Lake Aspen as well as the Livingroom, private deck, kitchen and dining room.
