The bathroom counts with a shower/tub setup. Walking distance from Family Dollar and Spring Market. Close access to I-10, Highway 90, the industrial areas, and only 15 minutes from Downtown Lake Charles and 20 minutes to Golden Nugget and L'auberge Casinos.
