3 Bedrooms and 2 baths single family home located at Mulberry Lakeland, Florida. Easy access to Disneyworld, Legoland, Bush Garden, Clearwater beach and only 40 minutes to Tampa airport. Few minutes to Bok Towers, Circle B Ranch, Seven Wetlands , recently opened Bonnet Springs park, Sun and N Fun aerospace, Linder airport. It is only 10 minutes from Amazon distribution center and Publix Corporate office. Near restaurants, shopping centers, Streamsong Golf Course, Polk State, Southeastern & FL Southern Colleges
Available when needed.
Family oriented and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highways 60 , 98 , I-4 and I-75. Guests can walk, bike or skate around the neighborhood. Parking is free.
