Amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Lawrenceville. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the relaxation and restoration you may need. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, storage, washer dryer, and yard. Close to hospital, fairgrounds, minor league baseball field, restaurants and shopping. Utilities included: electricity, heat, internet, air conditioning and water.
Quiet and friendly. Parking is off the street and in a driveway which accommodates 4 cars.
