This home away from home is nestled on 36 acres of land and features a one-acre pond ideal for catch-and-release fishing. You are welcome to fish, though please note swimming is prohibited, and the pier is not accessible. Come together by the firepit near the private pond for roasting s'mores or cooking meals. Keep your eyes open for deer sightings in the evenings during dusk hours. Wild geese and ducks swim in the private pond early in the morning and throughout the day. While it might appear enticing to learn about local wildlife, we kindly request that you refrain from disturbing them. As soon as you enter this fantastic escapade, you are greeted by a spacious open floor plan with wall-to-wall windows flooding the space with natural light. Challenge your friends to an exciting round of billiards or spread out comfortably to watch a favorite movie on the smart TV with streaming services. When mealtime comes, create delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig with stocked K-cups alongside the regular drip coffee maker and it opens to a back deck overlooking the pond and a beautiful backyard. The main bedroom boasts a huge smart TV, access to the backyard, a sofa, and an en suite bath with a shower, double vanity, and an exquisite jetted tub. The guest room features a WFH office space with a desk and a 23-inch LED monitor for remote work or online school. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer.
