This sprawling Rainbow River Estate sits on 9 acres of land & has over 220' of riverfront on the Rainbow River. The main house features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, with an expansive screened porch for dining al fresco or grilling out. Guest cottage features another 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with total room for 24+. This estate has all the luxuries you need for a fun trip- shuffleboard, basketball, cornhole, paddleboards, kayaks, canoe, ping pong, darts, fishing gear, games, movies, smart TVs, & more!!!
Fell in love with the Rainbow River as a child, and visited THIS house every year with the original owners. When looking for a second home to use with friends and family, we had the opportunity to return to the place where we created so many memories. We now get to share it with friends and family, and create new memories with others. It is such a special place that we also felt the need to share it with you. We hope you enjoy this special place!
Blue Cove is a great neighborhood, and has several restaurants within walking distance. Swampy's is one of our favorite restaurants, and it is a short walk from the house, or around the riverbend by boat or kayak!
