Cozy 3 bedroom/1 bath Lakehouse, directly on the water. High-speed internet~ PERFECT for a FLEXCATION…Perfect for couples who are celebrating an Anniversary, Honeymoon, or just getting away... it’s also suitable for a family with kids... large yard...Large windows with lake views from all but 2 windows. Queen Bed (on main floor) has water views at the foot of your bed, Bedroom #2 -Open loft with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed (2nd floor), Bedroom #3 twin bed (2nd floor)...Fully stocked kitchen for your gourmet meals. Gas Grill & Charcoal grill provided as well as table and chairs for outdoor dining... Close proximity to the Ark Encounter In Williamstown, KY, close to Kentucky Horse Park in Georgetown, KY... Fish from dock (with license), sunbathe, listen to the rain fall on the tin roof, relax in the cozy living room by the fire, or unwind in the hot tub after a hard day of fishing and kayaking!!! WE NOW HAVE 4 KAYAKS!!! Fire pit provided (wood is not provided). Swimming is not permitted in the lake… contact owner for other information regarding swimming…
We love hosting and making sure every need for our guests is met... My family always enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the summer, listening to the frogs, watching the kids fishing from the dock, and kayaking together... We never had a hot tub when we spent time there, but we're so glad we can provide one for our guests...
The Ark Encounter is 15 minutes away, the Kentucky Horse Park is 20 minutes away, The Creation Museum is 45-50 minutes away...
