This 4 B/R house is in a quiet community and features a backyard with swimming pool, lounge area, BBQ grill, and fire table. This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay. Close to Saguaro, Canyon Lake as well as the Salt River. Unfortunately we do not have space for boat or trailer parking. SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed Guest bedroom #2 with a Queen bed Guest bedroom #3 with a Queen bed Full guest bathroom upstairs Hall bathroom downstairs COMMON AREAS: Large kitchen with eat-in dining area, living room, and backyard seating areas. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. 2 cars garaged. **NO Trailer, Boat, RV or Street parking allowed.
