Enjoy this cozy house in Albany with deck and garden to relax. On a quiet street, yet close to restaurants, shops and public transportation. About 1 mile to BART N. Berkeley and University Avenue in Berkeley, 5 min walking to Solano Avenue for a whole spectrum of restaurants and shops, 5 min to freeway, 30min to San Francisco. Tons of inexpensive grocery and other shops around, easy parking on the street, nice and quiet neighborhood with lots of young people around. The historic show house Ashkenaz is walking distance offering various cultural events and music shows every night. This charming house in Albany is welcoming travelers, adventurers, students, business men, job interviewers etc. The house is 2 bedroom one bath, on a quiet street, with deck and garden to relax. The house gets sun all day long – in the morning in the front part and in the afternoon in the back part on the deck. The rooms are good size, with warm hardwood floors; The house can fit comfortably 5 people or even 6 people can be fit if needed. WELCOME!
