Incredible waterfront property with expansive views of Lake Livingston. The serene lake views can be seen from all three decks. Dedicated game room and plenty of water toys to enjoy. There is something for everyone; fishing, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, nights around the fire. Take a dip at the community pool. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Relax with family and friends while making lasting memories at the peaceful place to stay.

Lake Livingston one of Texas largest lakes. GREAT FISHING off the private dock. Bring your boat for a day on the lake. Located close to Sam houston national park. Great for hiking and camping 20 miles from Naskila Gaming is Houston's Closest gaming entertainment destination, open 24 hours a day.
