Permit #SLP13847 Just Remodeled! Our downstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sits directly on the soft white sands of Newport Beach, CA. The coastline of Newport Beach offers: the best surf for the "big kids"; the friendliest shoreline for little ones; sunbathing or serious games of beach volleyball; rock jetties to climb and hunt for crabs or shells; close access to groceries, restaurants, shops and excursions! There is something for everyone's idea of the perfect vacation! Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Sofa set - Streaming cable TV - Dining table for 6+ - Patio doors opening out to the oversized oceanfront patio. KITCHEN: - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - Major appliances; small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: - Bedroom #1: Queen bed - Bedroom #2: Queen bed; Streaming cable TV; En Suite bathroom EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
