Fully remodeled historic home in downtown Raleigh. Convenient to everything downtown. Just a few blocks from Duke Energy Performing Arts Center, Convention Center, and Moore Square. Right next to Shaw University and there is a Citrix Cycle station nearby. Enjoy the front porch and the deck in the backyard with a grill.

This house is located in the historic Prince Hall neighborhood and is right across the street from Shaw University. Located within the original boundaries of downtown Raleigh from the 1700s, this house is close to everything. You are less than a 10-minute walk from the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, Convention Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, and Moore Square. Walk to anywhere on Fayetteville Street in 20 minutes or less. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. There is a Citrix Cycle station 1 block away and you are about a 10-minute walk away from the main bus station (Moore Square). If your destination is in Downtown, you can walk to it.
