Welcome to our 3 BD house right on Eastman Lake in Grantham, NH! This has been a multi generational family vacation home for 11 years and juuust about everything has been freshly renovated - the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, 3 common spaces (2 living rooms and one loft/office space). The lake is just outside along with biking and hiking trails and several beaches. Our home has everything you need for vacation - toys for the kids (beach and indoors), kayaks, tennis/pickle rackets and more!

Located in a the Eastman Lake Community - lake and beach access. Golf course, pool, gym and ice skating rink. Tennis, basketball and pickel ball. Clubhouse and restaurant. Many walking, biking and XC skiing trails! You will need a car to get here - it's quite a private location in a small town! Once here we often just drive to the store or to a few of the local restaurants. Otherwise you can walk and bike around the lake! We spend most of the time NOT using the car once we are here :)
