Welcome to Douglas aka "the Art Coast of Michigan" where you can put your feet up and relax at home or venture out and visit the area's rolling grassy dunes and white sand beaches! This darling home is also conveniently close to several area attractions including the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, the Ravines Golf Club, Shore Acres Township Park, and Fern Valley Vineyards. This home is also less than 35 miles from the slopes at Bittersweet and Mulligan's Hollow for wintertime thrills! At home, discover dashes of mid-century modern furnishings and decor alongside plenty of updated amenities. Whip up all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and then gather for mealtimes or family game nights at the nearby dining table or alfresco out on your furnished side patio in warm weather. After meals, the furnished, sunken living area offers plenty of plush seating and a streaming-capable TV for viewing all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Out back, let the kids run and play in the large, fenced yard while you fire up the gas grill to spice up your home-cooked menu. This home also includes central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
