Peaceful relaxation for the family. Large windows facing the lake, 10" tall ceilings, full kitchen with granite and quartz counters, private laundry. Built in 2020. (Lower level unit, landlords live upstairs.) * PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOWED. * Amenities: Private dock at lake Lakeside deck and fire pit Canoes, kayaks, paddle board, maui mat Fully furnished (Kitchenware, Bathware and Linens) Non-Smoking Wheelchair Accessible Utilities: heating and cooling, electric, wifi, Dish tv, water, sewer, trash
Quiet dead-end neighborhood. Just 3 miles from downtown Battle Lake. Snowmobile trail less than 1 mile away. Bike trail starts in Battle Lake (2 miles away) that goes up and through Glendalough State Park.
