Spanning 2,400 square feet, this home features four bedrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests. The open living areas and outdoor spaces are perfect for socializing. The living room boasts a plush sectional sofa, leather chairs, a stone fireplace, and a large HDTV, all framed by scenic mountain views. The connected kitchen and dining area feature high-end appliances, a quartz-topped island, and a dining table with seating for six. The third floor hosts the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, HDTV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms with queen-size beds and large HDTVs, a full bathroom, and a laundry area complete this floor. The lower floor includes a pool table, desk space, outdoor hot tub, and the final bedroom with a king-size bed and HDTV. Flex sleeping options include four twin air beds. The property offers garage parking for two small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for up to two vehicles. No street parking or recreational vehicles are permitted. Transportation: New free bus routes are available, with lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily. Use the “MyStop” app for planning your rides. *Note: Amenities may be private to the home, part of the neighborhood, or available in the Park City area.
