Enjoy two living areas, each with HDTVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer and dryer. The community features a summertime swimming pool, year-round hot tub, fitness center, business center, walking trails. Located in the Reserve at Jordanelle community, Retreat 13282 Alexis is a four-bedroom home at the entry of a serene cul-de-sac. This location offers easy access to ski slopes and hiking trails, making it ideal for memorable Park City vacations in any season. The main level features an open living area with plush sofas, a cozy stone fireplace, and a large HDTV. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with natural wood cabinets, granite countertops, and premier stainless steel appliances. The lower level includes another living area, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. A brand-new hot tub will be installed in mid-September 2023. The upper level houses the primary suite with a king bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and step-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed and HDTV, complete this level. Dog-friendly accommodations include a crate, dog dishes, toys, and more. Pet fees apply, and approval is required. Moose Management provides timely communication, keyless entry, and a professionally cleaned home. An initial setup of essentials is included, and guests have access to a detailed Guest Portal.
