A spacious 2/br rancher on 10 acres in the trees. This was a horse ranch not to long ago. Nature and it's beauty all around for a peaceful and quiet getaway!
It's off the beaten path yet close to all the amenities of North Idaho! In the middle between Spirit Lake and Athol, 10 min to Silverwood Theme park, Farragut State Park is under 10 miles! CdA is 25 hwy miles to the South with Sandpoint the same to the North. This home is in a central location for skiing, hiking, fishing, boating, and hunting! RV parking and hook-ups are available.
