Enjoy the fresh air on the private balcony, which boasts views of the Battleship North Carolina and partial views of the Cape Fear River. Inside, kick back on a sleeper sofa in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the 48-inch TV. The sparkling kitchen is appointed with a suite of appliances (except for a dishwasher), as well as all the necessary gadgets and plenty of cookware. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the three-person kitchen bar. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed and a 48-inch TV. The bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination, plenty of plush towels, and a starter set of bath amenities. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the next-door unit for more space.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
