Located on the best bend of the Colorado River and Parker Strip! With a 50' waterfront dock, 2 jet ski slips and 100 yards from the boat launch. If you enjoy water, fishing, views and water sports - you won't find a better location.
You’ll love this home because of The Views! Full of floor to ceiling windows all with gorgeous uninterrupted views of the Colorado River. The home is fully remodeled from top to bottom with a chef's kitchen, plenty of seating, two family rooms, a wet bar/lounge.
