Just feet from the river, this two bedroom house with river views will help you feel right at home. Relax by the fire pit watching the river. Stretch out in the open and spacious bedrooms, or relax in the jacuzzi style tub. Cook in the full size kitchen. Whatever you reason for visiting Bullhead City, let this house be your home base.
Ted and Jamie have been avid river rats their entire married lives. They brought up their two boys going to the river on weekends. Jamie is a Commercial Pilot and Ted is Dentist. They plan to retire in Bullhead City so they can enjoy river everyday.
We have great neighbors! Please respect the quiet neighborhood by having quiet time between 10pm to 6am. You may park in the Garage on in the driveway. Please do not park in the empty lot next-door. We do not own it. Also, you could be towed if you park on the street. The driveway has room for two cars. The garage has room for two cars.
