Clean, modern, simple, functional spaces. Great Bx Location. Pelham Bay is a middle class residential neighborhood. In the Bronx, with close proximity to New York City. It is named for Pelham Bay Park, NYC’s largest park, which lies on the neighborhood's NE border; & for Pelham Bay, a body of water in that park. The neighborhood is bounded roughly by Pelham Parkway on the N, the New England Thru I-95 on the E, the Bruckner Expressway I-95 on the south, & the Hutchinson River Parkway on the W.
We are in the North East Bronx, Schuylerville - Pelham Bay - Throggs Neck - Country Club Area. It is a middle-class neighborhood very close to Queens and New York City. Housing is mostly single-family and two-family houses. Safe neighborhood. E Tremont is a commercial main street in the North East Bronx. Close to restaurants, bakery, deli. Buses across the street. Also the BxM8 Express Bus to Manhattan is nearby. 6 train is a few blocks away. Expressways nearby to Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. 6 train nearby, make a left as you exit the property. 42 and 40 bus runs across the street from property. BXM8 Express bus to Manhattan is close by, make a right as you exit and walk to Bruckner Blvd. There is a bus stop there.
