Just a few minutes from Downtown, you can easily commute to the national parks and outdoor activities. With all of the adventures available for your vacation, you will be left with incredible memories to share with family and friends! With a large patio, you can enjoy views of the majestic Moab Rim throughout the day. Enter to find yourself in the southwestern atmosphere, with a tall loft ceiling and over-sized picture windows. Among the three bedrooms is plenty of room for eight, along with entertainment options available in each space. If visiting during the cooler months, enjoy the warm cozy fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. After a long day of outdoor activities, relax with the family on the spacious lawn area right off of the patio while grilling dinner on the BBQ. Don't forget your swimsuits to take a quick dip in the pool and hot tub! The entire Town-home is single level and fully accessible, with plenty of parking between the two-car garage and four outdoor spaces. Trailer parking is available along Gemini Bridges Road, Cold Springs, and Meador Drive
