-Beautiful 1/1 studio in the heart of chapel hill! -Close to downtown and nearby restaurants, malls, and stores. -Nature all around you and gorgeous scenery as you look outside your window. -Private studio includes a modern-tile walk-in shower with excellent lighting. -Fast wifi and smart TV included
-I enjoy hosting others to help them experience a great vacation, work trip, or temporary home away from home! -I like to play baseball, watch movies, go kayaking, work around my house, barbecue, and spend time with my family.
- The neighborhood includes a gorgeous scenery of trees and nature! - Neighbors are spaced out with a good distance away from the main home & studio. - Hard-working neighbors and very quiet neighborhood.
