Tenady is in a countryside area rather than a traditional neighborhood. It is close to the I-85 corridor, with easy access to GSP Airport, Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer, and Woodruff, while still being in a quiet area itself. Tenady is like a Hotel in a Home. You can rent 1, 2, or 3 rooms in a home. Enjoy shared common areas and amenities, while preserving your privacy with personal locks on each bedroom door. Each room has access to a TV, wifi and a bathroom stocked with daily necessities. Common areas include a fully furnished, stocked kitchen and dining area, a living room, with provided shared house supplies, with front and back decks. The fire extinguisher and the first aid kit are in black kitchen island the kitchen/dining area.There are long-term upstairs tenants, please be respectful and kind and they will do the same for you!
This home is on a fenced pasture that connects to farmland and the forest. There are many of wildlife to observe during your stay. There are no sidewalks in this neighborhood. Stay safe and don't interact with the wild animals!
