Doug Palardy is the founder and designer of Seacoast Apart-Hotels which includes the Great Island Inn in New Castle, The Inn Downtown in Portsmouth, and the Rye Motor Inn at Rye Beach.

Property information

Rye Beach's premier, 18+ only, micro resort with large heated deep water pool. Twelve studio and 1BR apartment style units with kitchenettes. We are conveniently located directly across the road from the Atlantic Ocean and just a ten minute drive to Portsmouth and Hampton. Any of our king rooms are dog friendly for an additional fee. Our Queen Studios are NOT pet-friendly.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet, residential neighborhood directly across the road from the Atlantic Ocean. Odiorne State Park is a short five minute walk north from us.
