Sabal Palm Vacation Rental consists of 2 units, the Bungalow and the Cottage. Both units are 2 bed/1 bath completely renovated, featuring brand new high-end furnishings, and sit in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the intracoastal. The coastal-style rentals include a washer/dryer in both units, fully stocked kitchens, smart TVs in all bedrooms, luxury linens, and upscale coffee bars. Perfect for families, business travelers, or a romantic getaway. Both units have private entrances with keypads, both have private fenced-in yards with dining spaces and BBQ grills. The Bungalow and the Cottage are operated as individual rentals however they can be rented together to make 1 large property that can sleep up to 10 people. Come enjoy this coastal retreat!
When my family and I are not hosting guests, we love exploring our coastal beaches, trying new restaurants, and renovating beautiful homes; like this one. We are always on the lookout for new adventures and experiences. Feel free to ask us for recommendations on beaches, nearby amenities, or the best local restaurants.
The quiet historic neighborhood of Eden Place is like taking a step back in time with the quaint and eccentric beach homes. The breeze from the ocean 1 block east is easily enjoyed from the private courtyard.
