It’s just minutes to Downtown Main Street and under 11 miles to 3 World Class Ski Resorts: The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. LIVING AREA Enjoy hardwood floors, gorgeous furnishings, and accents that highlight the work of a top-notch interior designer in the living area. The second living room features ample seating, a 55” TV, and gas fireplace. A top-floor loft seating area offers a 40” TV and gas fireplace. The lower-level game room provides a pool table, ping-pong table, and card table. A leather sitting area includes plenty of room plus a sofa bed and a 70” TV with Netflix, Blu-ray, and XBOX Kinect. KITCHEN & DINING The huge kitchen is lined with granite countertops and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: a double oven, gas range, dishwasher, double door fridge, and a double bay sink. Find plenty of cookbooks by the four-seat breakfast bar. An adjacent dining area seats six more. A gorgeous chandelier illuminates the six-seat hardwood table in the dining room. BED & BATH The top-floor primary suite has a king bed, chaise lounge, and a 50” TV. A wraparound gas fireplace leads into the en-suite bath, with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and 2 separate vanities with sinks. Step out onto your private balcony and take in the fresh mountain air. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combination, while the third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk and an en-suite bathroom. A fourth bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed. Located on the main level, the fifth bedroom has a XL twin-over-queen bunk bed.
