Top-rated 9.0 duplex in the heart of San Diego! Relax by the pool or play Beethoven to your heart's content! A spacious house located in Claremont in a quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking. Short drive to beaches, downtown, airport (20 min), and the Convoy Asian Cultural District (5 min). This is a private room with a shared living room and backyard space. Kitchen is fully equipped with complementary snacks, water, coffee, tea, pans, and cooking utensils. We offer pool use all year round. Patio includes a barbecue grill and area to lounge. In-unit laundry washer and dryer. Central heating. Bluetooth speaker for music. Guests will enjoy staying in one of three bedrooms in this living space, and shared access to the living, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, and backyard, including the pool. Host will check in guest(s) and will be available via text/call for any questions you may have during your stay.
I've lived in San Diego for over 30 years, and enjoy running, hiking and exploring all that San Diego has to offer. I love swimming and playing music, hence the large pool and grand piano available here at AirPnP!
Claremont is a quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking. Short drive to beaches, downtown, airport (20 min), and the Convoy Asian Cultural District (5 min). Balboa Park, the Zoo and Sea World are all located close by, and are easily accessed by the 805 and 163 freeways just minutes away.
