Property manager, business owner, and athlete from San Diego, CA. I love my family, friends, and sports. My hobbies include beach volleyball, basketball, and lots of golf. I love hosting, because I simply love the art of hospitality and creating a space that people can relax and have fun in. Property information

SD Chill is the perfect vacation home! We provide a luxurious stay without forgetting the FUN. Relax indoors with the AC on blast on comfortable beds, or outside in our huge backyard under the sun or the heated patio with a BBQ grill! Soak in the jacuzzi, play darts, ping pong, corn hole, shoot billiards, or challenge a friend to a putting contest! The entire house and backyard is yours, as well as the driveway for parking. We do have a tenant who lives in the unit behind the house. He is very nice and does not bother guests, ever! Don't be surprised to see him coming and going occasionally! DOGS OK with approval. Want more privacy or 8+ people? Message me to rent our on-site Tiny House! QuietHours: 9pm Sun-Thurs & 10pm Fri/Sat We do allow events. Please reach out about our event fees.

Neighbourhood information

Located Centrally and walking distance to Vons, Krispy Kreme, and tons of other convenience stores and restaurants, this Clairemont home is close to everything! 15 minute drive to the airport, 10 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to La Jolla, 15 minutes from North County San Diego and so much more! 2 minute drive to basketball and tennis courts and very close to the 5 Freeway. There is Free Parking on the street! I drive an electric car so I need to park on the driveway. Please do not park in the driveway unless you are quickly unloading/loading your vehicle or have discussed with me previously!
