As soon as you step foot inside, you will be greeted by the natural light that pours through the window-lined great room and the modern furnishings that will allow everyone to kick back in style. If you want to soak up a bit of sunshine, grab your clubs and play a round of 18 mere steps from your front door, or head over to the clubhouse and take a dip in the refreshing waters of the sparkling shared pool. When everyone returns home from a full day of fun, the culinary-inclined guests will be spoiled by the fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, a stylish glass backsplash, breakfast bar seating, and stainless steel appliances. For more casual meals, step out to the patio, fire up the private gas grill, and dine al fresco in the fresh air. When it is time to hit the hay, the first floor is home to a guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom.
