This condo was recently updated with a new HVAC system, new LVP hardwood floors, a renovated primary suite, a new swivel recliner, new balcony chairs, and new appliances, fixtures, and quartz countertops in the kitchen. For those who enjoy relaxing in the morning, there are both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The den features a 55-inch TV, a wet bar, and free high-speed WiFi. Prepare breakfast with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a lunchtime barbecue on the shared gas and charcoal grills, and leave your swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer at the end of the day. At mealtime, the dining table seats a family of six with a bar that will seat two more.
